Can't understand Deutch but seeing WCF 2.0 I suppose that is not yet compatible with WCF 3x / WBB 5x.
When it will be ready a version for WCF 3?

Well I've been confused. On August I've asked you about the renewal price and you've told me that it will be around 35-39 Euros including all the addons. Now clicking the link that you gave me above I'm seeing seperate prices for addons (even if I can't understand what is saying there). What's the actual renewal price?

My original order for Customer Area was:
Kundenbereich - Lizenzverwaltung - Paypal Zahlungsanbindung - Gutscheinerweiterung - Search Engine Optimization Erweiterung
a total of 157 Euros (including VAT).

PS: I think that some lines in English in your Newsletters is a must. I don't think that I'm the only one non German client.

It tooks me sometime till to understand that that "Bestellen" (I was reading it... Bestseller), means something like "Buy Now", but I've placed my order.

Thank you. As I seen it meets my requirements. Just some questions:

• Those 3 options (Search, Offer, Trade) are standards or I can add one more?
• As I seen, unlike Webdisc it does not supports main image. Can I suppose that in listings it shows one of the attached images?

The following 2 questions most probably are global WBB settings:

• Can the buttons "Share" and "BB code" be removed?
• Can I change the input text for comments to textarea?

Last. Where to buy it? Here or at the Plugins-Store?

If I understood well Webidsk is a download manager? I mean a place where I can add some files and user can download them. I don't need member upload. Just download. What is important for me to know is, if it supports permission per usergroup. eg Files in Category "A" can be download only from usergroup "ABC".

But I've bought customer area with all plugins, and also the security system and Lexicon. Unfortunatelly there is no subscription system, something that as I seen you plan to add in Q3 of this year.

How I'm working:

1.- Selling Downloadable products priced per product. This is something that customer area can do fine.

2.- What I want to add is the ablity to sell subscriptions which will give the buyers the right to download ANY product for a specific time frame eg for 1 week only, or for 1 month only etc.

If Customer area was supporting the ability to change the addon "Access to download for 1 year", to "Access to download for 1 week", then it was easy to pack all the products and sell it as one single product. But the 1 year perio is too long. If I do something like this I need to place a price 1,000 Euros and more as I've many products.

As I can't read the details for these products in English, I'm asking your help to point me which of them can do what I want:

1.- Files will be upload only by me, so this is simple

2.- Download access to specific usergroup(s) at least in category limit if not per file.

3.- Limit downloads per day or any other time frame (eg per week).

4.- Paid downloads (???). I know that this is not a common features, but at least will helps me to bypass the missing "Subscriptions" from WBB.

So, which of them to bought?

No...no... I don't want to use any CMS. Seems that is ok. Let's summarize it:

Customer Area has 2 sections: The Products and The Customer Area where you can find details for license, downloads etc. That's good. I don't need that section.

So the only that left out is if the productshop has reviews or not? Not so important for me, but it will be welcome if exists.

For one of my sites I need some much simplier that Customer Area that I've bought. Actually the only that I want is a Product page with details and screenshoots, and if possible reviews for this product.

Something which will help me a lot is if I can bypass the buildin (if exist) ordering/payment procedure. I will place a link which will redirects the potential buyer to my central shopping system (different domain).

Is ProductsShop the right one for this need? Also is there any demo available (but in English).

I've seen in your site, but in other sites using the Customer Area, that there is a review section for the Products. This is a build in feature to Customer Area, or it's a third party plugin?
