Update VieCode Webdisk

    Hello,

    l'm still using VieCode Webdisk.
    I purchased a license for it and now I want to update my entire woltlab installation.

    1) Inside my VieCode account I can choose to upgrade my license to get access to the new updates.
    Will I then get access to your renamed app VieCode Filebase?
    Or do I need to purchase VieCode Filebase from scratch?

    2) Is there an easy way to migrate from an old Webdisk installation to Filebase without loss of data?

    How should I do this, is there a manual for it?

    Yes, it is the same product, but was renamed a long time ago.

    It depends on how old your version is. If you cannot update directly without import, I don't think there is an easy way. There was an importer for the old versions, however this is not supported anymore. It may work, but we did not test it for the latest versions and we cannot help you if you run into any problems as those versions are very old and the support was discontinued a long time ago.

    I confirm importing from webdisk version 2.0.4 is not working in your latest software.
    He is missing a table like:
    filebase1_entry_category
    or with the oldest importer:
    wcf0_database_item

    We will have to manually re-add all files then.
