Is it possible to have an "All articles" page for Lexicon articles (similar to the one that Woltlab Blog has where the articles are listed in terms of date instead of them organized in alphabetical order)?
And lastly, is it also possible to display the latest articles on the Dashboard?

There is a hidden page (/lexicon/index.php/EntryList), where all entries are listed based on the date (newest first).
And lastly, is it also possible to display the latest articles on the Dashboard?
